What We Look For

Our valuation is based on these key factors:

  • Condition

    Chair must be structurally sound with no broken frame. Minor wear is okay.

  • Model

    We primarily accept Herman Miller Aeron chairs (Classic and Remastered).

  • Size

    Size B and C are most requested. Size A may receive slightly lower offers.

  • Mesh Condition

    Chairs with intact pellicle mesh receive higher offers.

What Disqualifies a Chair

To ensure safety and quality, we cannot accept chairs with:

  • ✕ Broken or cracked frames
  • ✕ Heavy rust, mold, or water damage
  • ✕ Non-Herman Miller or imitation models

Frequently Asked Questions

Most sellers receive between $100 to $200 for Classic Aerons, depending on condition, arm type, and size. Remastered Aerons range from $150 to $300 depending on condition.

Send us a few photos of your chair from different angles, plus a brief description of any issues (torn mesh, sinking cylinder, etc.). A quick video walkthrough is also helpful. Include the chair size (A, B, or C) if you know it—it's printed on the bottom of the seat.

Yes! We accept chairs with torn mesh, dead cylinders, worn arm pads—we replace those parts anyway. However, we cannot accept chairs with broken frames, heavy rust, mold, or water damage.

Yes! You can drop off your chair at our Brooklyn location for the full offer. We also offer pickup within the NYC metro area (minus $25 from the offer).
